One of the major reasons for teacher stress is student misbehavior. Issues in the classroom take away the focus from teaching and transfers it to problem solving misbehavior. If a teacher struggles to control these issues, the learning process is not efficient and the student suffers. This course is designed to help teachers develop strategies to help solve discipline issues as quickly as possible and allow them to refocus on educating their students.
This course is appropriate for both general education and special education teachers of students in grades K-12 and is worth 3 graduate level professional development credits through University of Massachusetts Global.
